Supplies
- Paper
- Markers, Crayons, Paints,or Colored Pencils
- Glue
- Scissors
- Colorful Tissue Paper
- Googly Eyes
Recipe for Creativity
- Outline a butterfly on a piece of paper. Draw a pair of curves for the big antennae.
- If you use paint you will want to let your paint dry a little before the next step.
- Crumple up your tissue paper using your hands
- Glue your crumpled up tissue paper in the outline of your butterfly
- Glue on your googly eyes for some extra character!
- Give your butterfly a name and make sure you sign your masterpiece!
Fun Fact!
Most of the butterfly’s tastebuds are on their feet!
